Charlie Peacock is one of the most innovative singer/songwriters, record producers, musicians and writers today. Named by Billboard's Encyclopedia of Record Producers as one of the 500 most important record producers in music history, Charlie is a Grammy Award winner and three-time recipient of the Gospel Music Association’s Producer of the Year award. He has worked with scores of best-selling artists, including Switchfoot, David Crowder Band, Nichole Nordeman, Sara Groves, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Amy Grant, Béla Fleck, Sixpence None The Richer, CeCe Winans, Avalon, Audio Adrenaline, and Margaret Becker. Charlie and his wife Andi founded the Art House, a center dedicated to hospitality, art and biblical study. His ongoing involvement with the Art House and the mentoring and development of young artists and bands like Switchfoot springs from his desire to teach, pastor, and equip the Body of Christ to live out it's calling in every vocation and segment of culture. Charlie's books give him a platform as a teacher and lecturer in colleges and churches alike. His work and opinion has been featured in First Things, The Chicago Tribune, Jazz Times, Downbeat, The New York Times, Mix, Christianity Today, Electronic Musician, Keyboard Magazine, Billboard, CCM, Melody Maker, Details, Publishers Weekly, Re:generation Quarterly, Paste, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and many more. Charlie and his wife, writer Andi Ashworth (Real Love for Real Life), live in Nashville, TN and Yuba City, CA. They have two grown children and two beautiful grandchildren.
